Our subscription-based service allows users to choose the plan that best suits their needs, and we understand that circumstances may change. Below is our refund policy for subscribers who wish to downgrade their subscription.
Downgrading Your Subscription
If you decide to downgrade your subscription, you have two options:
- Downgrade at the End of the Subscription Period:
- You can choose to downgrade your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the period, and the downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund will be issued for this option as the downgrade will be scheduled for the next billing cycle.
- Downgrade Immediately:
- If you choose to downgrade your subscription immediately, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current subscription period.
- Pro-rata refunds are available only where 40% or more of the current billing period remains unused at the time of downgrade. Where less than 40% of the billing period remains, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current cycle, and no refund will be issued.
- Where eligible, the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining time left in your subscription cycle from the date of the downgrade.
- Introductory & Trial Subscriptions:
- Introductory, promotional, or trial subscriptions (including 3-day trial plans) are non-refundable once activated.
- Trial subscriptions provide immediate access to premium features for a short, fixed period and are therefore not eligible for pro-rata refunds.
- If cancelled, access will continue until the end of the trial period unless otherwise stated.
How to Downgrade Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription and choose your downgrade option online through the Settings > Billing area of our website. The process is straightforward and allows you to select the option that best suits your needs.
Refund Processing
- Pro-rata Refunds: If you choose to downgrade immediately and are eligible for a pro-rata refund, the refund will be processed automatically. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that any promotional credits or discounts applied to your original subscription are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund calculation.
